but please allow 7 days before contacting
us, if at all possible. For orders outside of the UK, remember
it can take a little longer for your order to arrive!

include your full name and the address and
your order number.

How will my order arrive?
We ship all orders in the UK using Royal Mail's Recorded
Delivery service. This is a guaranteed delivery
service. A signature will be required for receipt of the package
on arrival. For international orders, we use 'signature-required'
Air Mail wherever possible.
